Jeramiah Bustin and Shane Vanderson Join Cherie Pattishall and Michael Wyckoff as Owners of Engel & Völkers South Tampa

Engel & Völkers Florida today announced the expansion of the leadership team at its Engel & Völkers South Tampa franchise. Jeramiah Bustin and Shane Vanderson have joined as new owners, further strengthening the brokerage's presence in the vibrant Tampa Bay area. They will be working alongside existing owners Cherie Pattishall and Michael Wyckoff, who also oversee operations at Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach. “We are excited to partner with Engel & Völkers, a global luxury brand with top real estate professionals and proven local ownership,” said Vanderson. “Our focus is on adding advisors who share our vision for Tampa's luxury market. With four leaders, our advisors gain unmatched experience, setting us apart. Our goal is to recruit the best, enhancing Tampa's real estate expertise. Together with Cherie and Michael, we're dedicated to exceptional service.”

This new ownership structure marks a significant moment for Engel & Völkers South Tampa, aligning with their vision for growth and unparalleled service in the luxury real estate market. Jeramiah Bustin and Shane Vanderson bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of personalized service throughout their buying or selling journey.

In an exciting development, Engel & Völkers South Tampa has secured a permanent retail location to build out their iconic Engel & Völkers shop at 724 S Dale Mabry Highway. The brokerage had been operating temporarily from the Hyde House co-working space at 1646 W Snow Ave, Suite 38, since Pattishall and Wyckoff acquired the franchise for regional expansion from their original Madeira Beach location. A grand opening event is forthcoming, upon completion of the renovations.

“Jeramiah and Shane bring fresh energy and deep local knowledge to drive our success,” said Wyckoff. “They represent the next generation of brokerage owners, embodying our brand's values. Their understanding of the local market is unmatched, aligning perfectly with our focus on specialized advisors. Both are esteemed members of the Engel & Völkers Professional Athlete Advisory, bringing unique skills and extensive experience to our team.”

Bustin and Vanderson came to Engel & Völkers as a team in 2020 from Premier Sotheby's International Realty, where they spent the previous 17 and 12 years respectively honing their craft. As a third-generation real estate professional and South Tampa native, Bustin provides an unparalleled understanding of the local community, enabling him to deliver a personalized concierge service with meticulous attention to detail. Prior to his career in real estate, Vanderson was a professional racquetball player, who rose to world champion status. He brings the same level of passion, competitiveness, and work ethic to his real estate business. As members of the Professional Athlete Advisory, Bustin and Vanderson personally understand the nuanced technique and discretion when working with notable clientele.

“We are thrilled about the evolution of Engel & Völkers South Tampa with the addition of Jeramiah and Shane to their ownership team,” said Peter Giese, CEO of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Their expertise and passion, combined with the existing leadership of Cherie and Mike, create a dynamic force in Tampa’s luxury real estate market. The move to a permanent retail location marks a significant milestone, symbolizing our commitment to the South Tampa community. This new chapter reflects our dedication to providing unparalleled service, and we look forward to the continued success of Engel & Völkers South Tampa in its vibrant new home.”
