Q: Does Atrium have any leasing restrictions?

A: All candidates for residency must complete an application and submit it to the Property Manager with 1) a copy of the executed lease or sales contract and 2) a $100.00 per person or per married couple nonrefundable application fee. The Association has 14 days to review and approve or disapprove the applicant(s). Without the prior written approval of the Association, no Lease shall be extended or renewed. Such renewal or extension shall not require an application fee. Owner's who lease their Unit must relinquish their rights to common property amenities, per Florida statute. No lease agreement will be for less than 12 consecutive months. This shall not apply to military tenants who are reassigned or required to move before the end of the lease term. No Unit may be leased for the first two years after the date of purchase.
